This summer, the Town is introducing a Season Pass for paid
on-street parking at Bay Beach for the upcoming summer beach
season. These passes will be available for $50 (taxes included)
and are transferrable between vehicles.
In order to purchase a $50 on-street parking pass for this
summer, residents can access these passes by filling out the
online form and paying by Mastercard/VISA.
Disclaimers about Payment and Usage:
Payment:Online payment services are provided by Paymentus on behalf of
the Town of Fort Erie. This service provides the ability to make
convenient, safe and secure online Credit Card payments 24 x 7.
They accept VISA and MasterCard.
This service is provided by a 3rd party. A convenience fee is
applied to all transactions, in order to cover the cost of the
service. The convenience fee is based on the transaction amount
and is prominently displayed prior to making a payment. The
convenience fee is non-refundable. At no time does the
Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie retain any convenience
fees. All convenience fees are collected by, and paid to, the
third party processor.
The convenience fee is based on 1.75% of the amount to be
paid.
Usage:Parking is at your own risk. The Corporation of the Town of
Fort Erie is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or
vehicle contents. Your on-street parking pass(es) will be valid
from May 1st to September 30th annually.
The passes are not vehicle specific and may be
transferred between different vehicles as needed. The pass must
be prominently displayed, preferably on the rear-view mirror,
before leaving your vehicle unattended. Not displaying a valid
pass or payment ticket may render the vehicle owner liable
should a parking violation notice be issued. Please note that
the display of a pass will only exempt payment where signs are
posted for on-street parking in the Crystal Beach community. The
display of a pass does not exempt payment on any other on-street
parking facility and/or any municipal parking lot(s).
How would you like to receive your passes?
Passes can be picked up/mailed starting April 15th.
- Pickup - Please make sure you bring with you either a printed
copy of the receipt (e-mailed) or your smartphone with the email on it along
with government issued ID for you or the person you have designated to collect
your pass(es).
- Mail - Your pass(es) will be sent first-class mail with
Canada Post. Please note that the Town will not be held
responsible for delayed, lost or damaged items and we will not
be in a position to refund or reissue pass(es) for any such
reasons.
