Planning - Pre-consultation

Once all fields are filled and relevant documentation is attached, click on the “submit” button. You will be prompted to make payment via credit card online or you may submit payment via check, debit or cash at the Town of Fort Erie Offices at 1 Municipal Centre Drive, Fort Erie, ON.

Your application will then be reviewed by Planning Staff when payment has been recieved and placed on the next available meeting agenda once it is deemed to be complete. Preconsultation meetings are held at Town Hall on the second and fourth Thursday of each month and begin at 1:30 PM. Once your matter has been placed on an agenda, you will receive an email confirming the date, time and location of your meeting.
