Proposal
Proposal for a combined Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment. The Applicant is proposing to construct 4 new buildings: a 2-storey building with a restaurant and commercial uses, a 2-storey mixed-use building with commercial on the main floor and residential on the second floor with eight (8) dwelling units, and two 5-storey apartments with fifty-six (56) dwelling units each (total of one hundred twelve (112) dwelling units). The existing historic dwelling on site will be maintained (the General Cruishank House).
