The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie has passed a resolution appointing the Ombudsman of Ontario to investigate complaints under Section 239.1 of the Municipal Act. As of January 1, 2008, members of the public who wish to file a complaint can contact the Ombudsman's Office by the following means:
