From time to time, you may need your signature witnessed on legal documents. The Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act empowers Municipal Clerks and other officials to take various types of declarations, , and to administer oaths. A Commissioner of Oaths is available at the Customer Service desk at Townhall. The fee is $15.00 for a signature and $25.00 for a typed affidavit.
